Couples require two witnesses at the ceremony and the marriage officer can assist in making this arrangement. There are several wedding planners to provide assistance. The Marriage Licence fee, including stamp, is US$200 or CI$160.
Requirements:
- Marriage Officer’s name must be indicated on the application form
- Full names of bride and groom
- Both parties’ permanent address in country of residence
- Temporary address while in Cayman
- Occupation of both parties
- Father’s name of both parties
- Valid passports or visas and photo identification
- Provide original divorce decree(s) or death certificate(s) if divorced or widowed
- Proof of parental consent if one or both of the parties is under the age of 18
